I am a Colorado lawyer with a specific interest in and focus on Colorado divorce and family law.

I write blog posts that highlight some of the divorce and family law lessons learned from Colorado appellate court decisions (i.e. decisions, rulings, or opinions issued by the Colorado Supreme Court or the Colorado Court of Appeals) that resolve legal questions from divorce cases, post-divorce proceedings, or family law disputes in Colorado.

My purpose and hope in writing this blog is that any individual who reads it can benefit from learning these family law lessons from Colorado’s highest and intermediate appellate courts if he or she is currently facing–or anticipates facing in the future–a divorce or family law dispute in Colorado.
